Fleetwood Mac

This last Saturday night my sister and her husband and my hubby and I went to see Fleetwood Mac. We bought the tickets months ago and were so looking forward to a fun evening

First we went out for a great dinner.

Fleetwood Mac has been singing for 40 years and they still sound great!!

 Stevie Nicks is my favorite

Christine McVie just returned to the original band after a 15 year break! She sounded like she never left.

We were on row 6 of the first balcony, only a few feet from Stevie--she walked our way and I got a pretty good shot.  You cannot take in camera's with a zoom so my cell phone does its best.

The big background videos were so colorful.

Spring Break Blue

We had a super fun Spring Break trip.  My daughter, granddaughters and I drove to Buena Vista Colorado and spent some time with my Son and family.

Here we are just getting started.

The weather was really exceptional for Colorado this March, it can be the snowiest month of the year.

Our grandchildren spent many hours jumping on the trampoline.

We took the cog train to Pikes Peak and there were so many pretty blues around.

I just love the blue trim on the depot.

JUMPING ON A TRAMPOLINE

Today I just back from our Spring Break trip to Colorado.  This week is the letter J and a big part of my grandchildren activity during the week was JUMPING.

My grandson has a trampoline in his backyard and it was used a lot. My granddaughter and I made a video of us on the trampoline. JUMPING ON A TRAMPOLINE.

Happy Pi Day

Visiting PINK SATURDAY today for Pi Day.

I heard this on the local news this morning and had to find something PINK so I could post about it!!



The first 5 digits of pi is: 3141592653--the next time it happens will be 3-14-2115.  So at 9:26 at the 53rd second  this morning it was officially was Pi Day.   I do not claim to know all the significance of Pi but WICKEPEDIA sure does. Check out all the information.

The US House of Representatives passed a non binding resolution recognizing 3-14 as National Pi Day a few years ago.

Quite a few people celebrate having pie, there were so many images on google today.

However this is the pie we had recently. One of my granddaughters LOVES the little apple pies at McDonald's  You can get two of these delicious little pies for $1.00.

We had a sleep-over and made a McDonald's run at night.

Inspire

ABC WEDNESDAY stretches our minds and keeps us studying our world. We look for ways to share knowledge and what we find INTERESTING.

I saw this picture a few weeks ago and it really INSPIRES me. We go to so much work to get a tree to grow. We are so careful where we plant it- does it have the right sun or shade, is the soil just perfect. What about climate, will it thrive?

Looks to me that an IMPELLING force just willed this tree to survive in the worst conditions.
IMAGINE what we could do with that kind of IMPULSION.
